i did an online swap correctly!!!!

hurray for me!!!! i guess the 3rd time is the charm. i mailed out the wee tiny sock friday. i forgot my camera, though, so only have a camera pic from beth's phone:i made it in Knit Picks Dancing in Two Step, which has been discontinued and is gone now... i really loved Dancing, too... only two colors left, hurry if you want it! It's a cotton/wool blend, reminds me of Sockotta.

And then here, finally, is a pic of my dear Beth and I at the shop. She'd probably kill me if she knew I allowed anyone to see this, she felt she looked goofy, I think she looks precious.
Thank heavens my beard will be gone in a few hours... more on that another time maybe. and, no, that is not a good hair day.

Gotta get to sleep!

That sock is so cute! How did you knit such a tiny thing. I would think it would be a pain to knit a tiny sock in the round. It would make a great keychain...

Okay, 1st of all, I think your beard looks great! Love the pic! Your tiny sock is too cute, I started to knit in the swap but had to knit big socks for Lonnie! I'm so happy you like the Guitar Man Socks and sorry the link didn't work for you, but it is working okay now, but I will give it to you here, k? http://whimsicalknittingdesigns.blogspot.com/2007/03/guitar-man-socks_07.html
I an so honored that you like them, it's great to get a positive response on them from another man, thus far they are Lonnie's fave...thanks!

Its always nice to see people having fun! Ah, for those of us that don't have that much hair, thats a good hair day : ). Wowsers, that sock is tiny, very nice. For a tiny sock it shows off the dancing yarn nice too. I did one of those small sweaters one time and thought I was going to go nuts. I only had long double points and I felt like I was wrestling with a freekin octopus, LOL, while knitting it.

OMG your sock toes are just so perfectly round. If there'a prize for the best shape tiny wee sock, you'll get it hands down.

Now as to your comment about your first swap done correctly: this is my first swap of my entire (but short) blog-life!

Cute sock, and you're right, Beth does look precious. But you are also wrong - you look adorable, too. Love the hair *and* the beard.

Hey, is it just me....I can't post a comment on your latest post...loving the new sock...pattern and colorway. And that was so sweet of you to mention the men's sock pattern!

Sean, I love my wee sock! Thank you, thank you. Did you stitch them on 000s? That toe is just amazing. I am posting pics on my blog, but I like how you showed the true size with the car key next to the sock. Great album playing today. I'm an old spinster (non-spinning (so far)) so that is what I will probably always call them.
P.S. I love the beard, too. ;-)
